These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hodges Landscaping & More LLC website and the estimates and services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Hodges Landscaping & More LLC is a family-owned Southwest Florida landscaping company serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel, Captiva, Lehigh Acres, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and surrounding areas.

Services

We provide landscape design and build, decorative curbing, pavers (driveways, walkways, and pool decks), yard drainage and grading, outdoor lighting, irrigation, palm installation and removal, and sod installation. The specific scope, materials, and price for your project will be described in your written estimate or proposal, which together with these Terms forms our agreement.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ once work begins (for example, buried utilities, rock, drainage issues, or unstable soil), we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with the additional work. Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations if work is scheduled well beyond the estimate date.

Scheduling & Weather

Southwest Florida weather can affect outdoor work. We may reschedule installations due to rain, storms, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions, and will work with you to find the next available date.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due on completion, are set out in your estimate or invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees and collection costs as permitted by Florida law.

Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty and its duration will be described in your proposal. Living materials such as plants, palms, and sod depend heavily on watering, irrigation, and care after installation; warranties on living materials, where offered, are limited and require that you follow the care and watering guidance we provide. Manufacturer warranties on products such as lighting fixtures and pavers are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, identify any private lines, sprinkler heads, pet fences, or features not marked by utility locating, and keep people and pets clear of active work zones. Public utilities will be located prior to any digging as required by law.

Communications Consent

By contacting us or submitting a form and opting in, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us about your quote, appointments, and services, and — where you opt in — promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hodges Landscaping & More LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Florida law. We carry general liability insurance; proof of coverage is available on request.

Governing Law
